It's all about giving the body a much-needed break from dealing with sugar and other inflammatory foods so that it can begin to so some deep healing work. How is it different from other detoxes?
There's nothing extra to purchase other than REAL FOOD - no special prepackaged diet food, teas, or shakes with stimulants and additives.
You aren't directing your body to do anything specific. You remove the stressors and strengthen the defenses and allow your body to prioritize its needs. This honors your body's innate intelligence and is THE SAFEST way to detox. Weight loss, along with relief from distressing symptoms, is not uncommon when the body is to allowed to "clean house" in whatever way it chooses.

This was the best thing I have done for myself. I am very much in every sense of the term a "sugar addict". I got to the point where I could not control my sugar cravings and would binge on candy, icing, gum and baked goods. I was having stomach issues, fatigue, bad hormonal problems, hair loss, brain fog, frequent migraines, but most of all I had unknowingly become a slave to sugar. You know what I am talking about...the craving hits and you have to stop what you are doing to accommodate this nagging desire for sugar.
